In my Guild, there's a point system. It's described as below.
10 points- a Mysery item
50 points- food
55 points- book
100 points- battle magic
200 points- codestone
225 points- bottled faerie
You will eventually earn 15 points when you join. And excess earning points by helping out in the Guild, donate rare items, and donate more than 200 neopoints.
